A Kitchen Born From Legacy
My father owned Chinese restaurants, including the original Dragon Pearl. He hand-carved scales into the exterior wall, then painted a green dragon with red accents — a symbol of strength, tradition, and pride. He passed away from cancer when I was sixteen.
